Martin Nugent

Martin Nugent- 15yrs experience in Elite Sport as a Strength and Coach and current Director of Athletic Performance. 

Martin is currently working towards his PhD in Elite Performance, his whole coaching ethos is based around science and research. 
Private Training
Consist of 1 on 1 individual instruction elevating your game with undivided attention from Drew. Your weaknesses are quickly noticed and instructed accordingly for Improvements. The intense, high-level personalized session accelerates your skills taking you to the next level.
Consist of small groups 2-6 players. Group sessions are contained with drills that allow you to learn the nuances of the game while competing and comparing your game with other trainees. The quicker pace session is a competitive environment geared for trainees that require more game situational experience.
